This is a how-to post, but it doesn’t belong in the software forum; it’s to teach people how they can use the Poker Tracker data to find flaws in their game.

While this is really basic and generally people are aware that tilt probably is expensive, I think there may be people who haven’t actually done the numbers of how big exactly the effect of tilt is for your winrate.

So everybody knows that table selection is one of the most important secrets to poker success. We’ve heard all the stories:
